Senior Cybersecurity Operator

As a full-time remote Senior Cybersecurity Operator, the successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in vulnerability management, overseeing complex tasks, collaborating with business units, and mentoring junior operators to enhance program execution and data quality. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end execution of complex vulnerability management tasks and act as a primary liaison to business units for remediation planning Conduct remediation validation and closure, producing audit-defensible evidence packages for regulatory review Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives while mentoring associate and intermediate operators Required qualifications 5-7 years of experience in a professional cybersecurity environment Proficient in applying cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and best practices Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance work processes Hands-on experience with credentialed vulnerability scans and producing audit evidence packages
