Owning strategic post-sales relationships, the full-time Senior Customer Success Architect will guide enterprise customers in building and maturing their AI Security and Governance programs while working remotely. Key responsibilities Strategic Customer Leadership: Build trusted partnerships with technical practitioners, security leaders, and executives across a focused portfolio of enterprise customers Discovery & AI Security Advisory: Assess customer AI environments and security programs, identifying new use cases and providing guidance on AI security and governance Value & Adoption: Connect customer objectives to Noma's capabilities, drive adoption, and ensure customers articulate meaningful security and business value Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in customer-facing cybersecurity roles such as Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Customer Success Engineering Strong cybersecurity expertise and understanding of modern AI technologies, including generative AI and AI development pipelines Ability to engage in discussions ranging from CISO-level strategy to deep technical conversations Proven skills in conducting discovery, building enterprise relationships, and defining customer outcomes Strong commercial awareness and experience identifying opportunities for customer growth and increased adoption
