Senior Customer Order Representative

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Senior Customer Order Representative will manage customer account activities, including order fulfillment and problem resolution, while working remotely during the hours of 11:00am - 8:00pm EST. Key responsibilities Manages customer account activities, including order fulfillment, backorders, and product change requests Acts as a liaison for outsourced services, addressing invoicing and dispute resolution for customers Builds strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance customer service and supports process improvement initiatives Required qualifications 3-6 years of relevant experience preferred High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong communication skills with the ability to build solid relationships Highly motivated and effective in team settings
