Key responsibilities Lead technical discovery, design bespoke architectures, and deliver compelling demos and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) across Cloudflare's portfolio Serve as the primary technical contact from contract signature through full platform adoption, ensuring rapid time-to-value Identify and drive strategic cross-sell and upsell opportunities, leading technical Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that translate platform metrics into C-level ROI Required qualifications Deep understanding of the Life of a Request on the Internet Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Customer Engineering Broad technical expertise across web security, networking, and cloud infrastructure Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging both technical and executive audiences Experience with AI-augmented workflows integrated into daily development cycles
