Focusing on the public sector, the full-time Senior Customer Engineer, SLED will manage technical relationships, lead customer onboarding, and drive account expansion while working remotely from California or Arizona. Key responsibilities Lead technical discovery and build customized architectures for public sector clients while delivering product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) Oversee customer onboarding and implementation, ensuring rapid value realization and addressing integration challenges in municipal and educational IT infrastructures Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, maintaining relationships with stakeholders and driving commercial accountability for platform adoption and revenue growth Required qualifications Proven experience working with or selling into SLED, Local Government, or Municipal agencies, with knowledge of public sector buying cycles Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Customer Engineering Broad technical expertise in web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture Track record of operating in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment with an understanding of SaaS metrics Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills, bridging technical details with high-level business strategies
