As a trusted technical advisor, the full-time Senior Customer Architect will work remotely to ensure customer satisfaction and value from Elastic solutions by defining technical success plans, collaborating with account teams, and facilitating smooth adoption and implementation processes. Key responsibilities: Define and communicate technical success plans tailored to customer goals and metrics Collaborate with account teams to provide ongoing technical support and drive customer adoption Identify and eliminate technical frictions to enhance the customer experience and increase solution usage Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred Experience in a similar role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer Familiarity with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies, particularly in Observability, Security, and Enterprise Search Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
