Key responsibilities: Design end-to-end agent architecture and integration blueprints across customer journeys and channels Author and maintain Technical Success Plans, defining current and target-state architectures and success metrics Serve as the primary technical advisor for senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment on program components and outcomes Required qualifications: 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions architecture or technical account management Proven ownership of multiple enterprise accounts at Fortune 500 scale, managing senior technical relationships Genuine technical depth in reading code, understanding distributed systems, and debugging data flows Experience in building prescriptive playbooks and managing technical outcomes across diverse programs Track record of mentoring or leading other architects and enhancing the quality of work within teams
