Key responsibilities Design and implement compiler transformations for the CUDA Tile programming model Develop MLIR-based dialects and lowering passes to enhance performance Optimize tile-based kernels for efficient execution across multiple GPU architectures Required qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience in compiler optimization, performance analysis, and IR design Strong C/C++ programming and software design skills Ability to work independently and lead development efforts Experience with debugging, performance analysis, and test design
