Fluxx is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to independently own a diverse portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, driving adoption of the Fluxx platform and ensuring retention and growth.
You will partner with Implementation for go-lives, manage renewals and expansions, and collaborate across Sales, Support, and Engineering to deliver measurable outcomes for customers while advancing Fluxx’s mission to improve grantmaking worldwide.
