Leading a team in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior CRM Manager will oversee CRM campaign production and execution across various communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for campaign production and marketing operations activities Oversee end-to-end campaign production across email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, and emerging channels Establish and improve campaign workflows, governance processes, quality controls, and automation opportunities Required qualifications 5+ years of HTML/CSS development experience, including email template development and troubleshooting Demonstrated experience leading marketing operations, CRM, or campaign production teams Strong understanding of CRM campaign execution across multiple channels Experience managing campaign production workflows, QA processes, and deployment governance Ability to operate independently while leading cross-functional initiatives
