Senior CRM Manager

Leading audience strategy and campaign execution, the full-time Senior CRM Manager will focus on segmentation, data management, and performance analysis for customer communications in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own audience segmentation strategy and execution across prospect and member communications Analyze customer, campaign, and behavioral data to identify opportunities for engagement, retention, and revenue optimization Support end-to-end campaign execution, including audience creation, QA, testing, deployment support, and performance measurement Required qualifications Advanced SQL skills (5+ years) with experience in building complex audience selections and performance analyses Strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations Experience developing segmentation strategies based on customer behavior and business objectives Ability to independently manage projects with limited oversight Strong understanding of database structures and data quality best practices
