Senior CRM Email Marketing Manager

To lead the strategy and execution of CRM-driven email programs, the full-time Senior CRM Email Marketing Manager will work remotely, focusing on customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value through targeted communications. Key responsibilities Develop and execute a CRM-led email marketing strategy to enhance customer retention and engagement Build and manage segmented email programs based on customer behavior and lifecycle stages Partner with data and analytics teams to maintain actionable customer data for effective targeting and personalization Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in CRM marketing, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing Strong expertise in CRM platforms and email tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Klaviyo Experience in building sophisticated segmentation and personalization strategies using customer data Proven ability to design lifecycle email programs that improve retention and revenue Solid understanding of data privacy regulations including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA
