Key Responsibilities: Build, schedule, and send lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Set up customer journeys, audience segments, and messaging templates within the customer engagement platform, Braze Pull campaign reporting and track performance against KPIs, sharing insights with the team Required Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on experience in lifecycle/CRM within a D2C or comparison business Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines Self-starter with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Comfortable working with data and quick to learn new tools Experience with Braze or a similar customer engagement platform is a plus
