Ensuring compliance with quality standards, the full-time remote Senior Credentialing Representative will conduct audits of credentialing files, identify trends for process improvement, and oversee delegation submissions while working Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Key responsibilities: Perform daily audits of credentialing and recredentialing files using standardized templates and communicate errors to relevant teams Participate in audit result reviews, root cause analysis, and identify training opportunities for process improvement Collect and review credentialing materials for submission to health plans during delegation oversight audits Required qualifications: High School Diploma/GED 2+ years of experience in Credentialing 1+ years of proven consistent quality audit scores meeting or exceeding requirements 1+ years of experience using credentialing software or managing provider information
