The opportunity
$145,000 annual base salary + $28,000 target annual performance bonus
U.S. remote · Full-time · Legal employer: Elusive Hunters LLC
PlayslotsMobile is building a program with entertainment-based micro-influencers who produce a steady stream of content for organic distribution and paid acquisition.
You’ll own the daily creator operation, commercial terms, content pipeline, and performance feedback. Hands-on micro-influencer management experience is required. Casino experience is a plus.
What you’ll own
• Source and qualify entertainment-based micro-influencers based on audience fit, content quality, delivery reliability, and commercial potential.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage onboarding, deliverables, deadlines, approvals, payments, and ongoing relationships.
• Secure the required usage rights for repurposing content in paid ads, including partnership-ad permissions where applicable.
• Write clear briefs covering hooks, demonstrations, offers, calls to action, formats, and test variations.
• Run an organized content calendar and asset library with traceable creator, brief, version, rights, and results.
• Track links, codes, attribution windows, commissions, acquisition costs, customer quality, and partner economics.
• Review organic and paid results with the acquisition lead. Use customer and creative data to improve briefs, offers, partner selection, and deal structures.
• Tell each creator what to repeat, change, or stop and turn around the next content iteration quickly.
• Identify suspicious traffic, poor audience fit, misleading claims, and underperforming partnerships.
• Manage required disclosures and approved messaging with the appropriate internal reviewers.
Experience required
• Direct experience recruiting and managing micro-influencers, including outreach, commercial terms, creator briefs, repeat content delivery, and performance feedback. Entertainment, consumer brand, ecommerce, app, or agency backgrounds are relevant. Casino experience is a plus.
• Personal management of at least 20 active creator relationships at a time, including briefs, content delivery, commercial terms, and performance reviews. Experience building or operating a program with 50+ active creators is strongly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, creator communication, project management, spreadsheet, and reporting skills.
• Practical understanding of content licensing, paid usage rights, tracking, commission structures, and creator operations.
• Ability to turn a results table into a precise content brief, then follow through until the new asset is delivered.
• References from people who can verify your partnership management and execution.
Success in the first 90 days
By day 7: partner tracking, onboarding, deal templates, content rights records, briefs, and a delivery calendar are working. A qualified creator pipeline is in active outreach.
By day 14: the first creators are onboarded and delivering approved content for the paid social lead to test. Tracking links and codes are live, and the next deliveries are scheduled.
By day 30: target 15–20 active creators and at least 30 distinct, approved video assets delivered for ad testing. The foundation is operating while partners supply content every week. Review available organic, partner, and paid-test results weekly and issue the next briefs within 48 hours of receiving actionable feedback.
By day 60: target 30–40 active creators. Expand output based on content quality, delivery reliability, customer results, and partner economics. Show which creators to renew, which content to repeat, and which partnerships to change.
By day 90: reach 50+ active creators, aiming to achieve this sooner. Maintain repeat deliveries, documented content rights, organized tracking, and a weekly feedback process with the paid social lead. Active means a creator has delivered approved content in the preceding 30 days and has another delivery scheduled.
