  • Provide hiring teams with up‑to‑date status reports on open roles and candidates via biweekly reporting.

20% – Relationship Management

  • Ensure a positive and streamlined candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.
  • Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team, sharing notes on overlapping roles and brainstorming process improvements.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Leadership, Community Talent, and People Generalists on staffing needs.
  • Partner with the larger Human Resources team on HR initiatives and projects.
  • Maintain close communication with hiring managers to streamline interviews and overall processes.
  • Escalate events to Talent Acquisition leadership as needed, seeking proactive guidance.

10% – Learning & Development

  • Participate in internal learning and development opportunities (e.g., GoLearn).
  • Attend weekly Talent Acquisition meetings, sharing learnings and iterating on processes accordingly.

Who You Are

  • Strong, effective communicator capable of autonomously managing relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Problem solver who recognizes when to elevate situations to managers or leadership.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Effective time manager comfortable handling multiple requisitions at various stages.
  • Comfortable pivoting with changing candidate and hiring manager needs.
  • Helpful team player with business maturity in a professional setting, willing to roll up sleeves and partner with team members based on bandwidth.
  • Active participant in team‑wide meetings and conversations; eager to ask questions and provide thoughtful insight.
  • Self‑starter, consistently motivated, proactive, and resourceful, seeking feedback proactively.
  • Desire to stay on top of recruitment and industry trends.
  • Curious learner.
  • Advocate for and supporter of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of full‑life‑cycle recruitment experience.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter for posting jobs, starting searches, sending InMail, maintaining projects, and keeping up‑to‑date candidate notes.
