Senior CPU System Architect – Compute Die & RAS

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. in Raleigh seeks a CPU System and Compute Die Architect to lead micro-architecture across multi-die CPU systems for high-performance, energy-efficient platforms.

You will collaborate with HW, SW and FW teams to define architecture, RAS and Debug/Trace capabilities, and produce clear technical documentation for stakeholders. The role focuses on Datacenter Server, Mobile, Compute and Auto SoCs, with emphasis on Die-to-Die interconnects and power-performance trade-offs.
