Tides is seeking a Senior Counsel, Philanthropy to join the Legal, Risk and Compliance team. You will serve as the internal expert on charitable exempt organization law across donor funds, programs, and investments, advising senior leaders and shaping risk controls.
You will vet offerings, negotiate complex contracts, and lead cross-functional legal initiatives while mentoring LRC colleagues and keeping the organization compliant with evolving regulations.
