Responsibilities
- Investigate factual situations and present creative solutions based on independent legal research and analysis.
- Provide timely and accurate legal advice and prepare effective documents.
- Oversee diverse litigation docket, drive litigation strategy, and provide counsel to internal stakeholders.
- Analyze potential litigation exposure and respond to pre-complaint investigations and demands.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate required.
- 10 years of related, progressive law experience.
- 7 years in related disciplines such as insurance regulation, health law, general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, antitrust, employee benefits, intellectual property, and litigation.
- License to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or applicable state (DE, WV, NY or MO).
