Senior Counsel, Global Corporate & Governance

Hines is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel or Assistant General Counsel – Corporate to advise on US corporate matters, including structuring and documentation for investment vehicles and joint ventures. You will lead the global corporate secretarial function, govern governance, and oversee filings across jurisdictions.

The role requires extensive in-house corporate law expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to drive cross‑functional initiatives with tax, finance and compliance teams.
