Senior Counsel – Consumer Finance & Litigation Strategy

Credit One Bank seeks an experienced Senior Counsel to support a growing national credit card bank. The role reports to the EVP and General Counsel and will guide complex consumer financial services litigation and related contracting.

You will oversee litigation strategy, manage outside counsel, and stay current on federal and state regulatory developments impacting customer communications and compliance obligations. Nevada bar eligibility is required.
