Qualifications
- 5+ years of consulting experience implementing Deltek Costpoint OR 5+ years as a Senior Accountant or above using multiple Deltek Costpoint modules
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and project-based ERP systems
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
Job Description
- Gather and document client business requirements
- Configure, test, and implement Deltek Costpoint solutions
- Develop process documentation and desktop procedures
- Deliver end-user training and system support
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and implementation activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to deliver successful implementations
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
- Communicate project updates and ensure high client satisfaction
- Recommend process improvements and best practices
