Senior Cost Manager - Healthcare Projects (Remote)

OCMI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our Northern California team on a remote basis. You will lead comprehensive estimating efforts for major healthcare programs, oversee QA/QC, and communicate cost strategies to clients and A/E consultants.

You will mentor a small team of estimators, develop cost models, and support business development while traveling occasionally to project sites and meetings. Hybrid flexibility is offered.
