Senior Cost & Operations Research Analyst

Cintel, Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Research Analyst to support the Army Product Office in cost estimation and budgeting decisions.

The candidate will develop, defend, and communicate lifecycle cost estimates, using ACE-IT and various analytical methods to forecast future costs for programs and milestones. The role requires extensive experience, strong communication with executive leadership, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while coordinating with program offices and
