Corporate AttorneyA growing national law firm with a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture is seeking a New York–barred Corporate Attorney to join its New York office.This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys serving as a trusted day-to-day advisor to businesses rather than focusing exclusively on large, traditional M&A transactions.
