This role will specialize in finding passive candidates and placing individuals in leadership level positions within the organization.As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end recruitment search process, building a robust pipeline and partnering closely with leaders to understand their hiring needs, and delivering a seamless candidate experience.Location: Hybrid - Town & Country, MOWhat you'll do:Proactively identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and specialized industry platformsExecute the full life cycle recruitment processCraft compelling outreach that gets responses and starts conversationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their leadership hiring needs and delivering strategic talent solutionsIdentify and engage senior-level talent through proactive sourcing, referrals, market mapping, and networkingCraft enticing job descriptions to attract top talent and maintain job postings on external sitesStay informed on industry trends, competitor landscapes, and executive hiring best practicesAct as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership, providing insights on talent acquisition strategiesMaintain a robust pipeline of director and executive-level candidates for current and future opportunitiesContinuously refine recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency, diversity, and quality of hiresProvide a best-in-class candidate experience for each prospective employee at every stage in the hiring processDevelop and execute tailored sourcing strategies using tools, referrals, and passive outreachLeverage sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search, niche platforms, etc.) to find and reach passive candidatesLead the development and execution of cutting-edge recruitment approaches to ensure a diverse and dynamic candidate pipelineResearch industries, companies, and competitor landscapes to identify new talent poolsEnsure thorough and consistent communication with internal stakeholdersAdhere to all processes and procedures defined as part of the full life cycle recruitment processWhat you'll need:High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent4-6 years of leadership recruiting or executive talent search experience, with a strong emphasis on strategic sourcing2+ years' experience using LinkedIn, networking, market research, and other toolsPrevious experience with Workday, strongly preferredSkills:Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsStrong organizational skills with a results-driven mindsetDemonstrated leadership skills to coach and develop othersHigh level of initiativeDemonstrated ability to effectively manage client relationships and develop a strong, consultative-style partnershipMust be a team player who thrives in a collaborative work environmentMust demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer serviceAct as a brand ambassador for the companyExemplary organizational and time management skillsMust demonstrate sound judgment and decision making skillsMust have strong attention to detail and follow throughAbility to understand what is most important to the hiring manager, and identify top talent that matches what the hiring manager is looking for to move forward in the processAbility to read the situation and evolve as necessary in the recruiting processAbility to adapt in a fast-paced environment and continuously take actionWhat's in it for you:Health and Life Insurance PlansDental and Vision Plans401(k) with a company matchPaid Time Off and Holiday PayMaternity/Paternity LeaveCasual Dress EnvironmentTuition ReimbursementMTM Perks Discount ProgramLeadership Mentoring OpportunitiesThis information reflects the base salary pay range for this job based on current national market data.
