Senior Corporate Recruiter (Fully Remote)

• Learn the roles and needs of hiring managers and build structured hiring profiles and sourcing strategies.
• Take over open Sales and Operations pipelines and make your first few hires within 60 days.
• Share pipeline data and draft a repeatable, best-in-practice recruiting playbook by day 90.

What you'll do:

• Own corporate recruiting strategy, decide where to find talent, and hit hiring targets.
• Guide decision-making with pipeline data, conversion metrics, and offer acceptance tracking.
• Partner with hiring managers and screen candidates with care and a clear rubric.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting for sales and metrics-driven positions, with a record of hitting targets.
• A warm, down-to-earth, mission-driven builder with a service mindset and strong sourcing skills.
• Proficient with ATS systems and recruiting tools, ideally with Lever experience.
