Duties
- Report to the Corporate Chair.
- Supervise lawyers, paralegals, law clerks, and externs.

Requirements
- Over 10 years of corporate transactional experience.
- Licensed to practice in New York, California, Florida, Texas, or the UK.
- Possess a portable book of business of at least $500,000.
- Experience in structuring and negotiating M&A transactions.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
