Key responsibilities Communicate with vendors to obtain necessary information and verify documentation for loan processing Review and analyze borrower's credit, income, and assets before submitting files to underwriting Manage a pipeline of 40 active loans, ensuring timely processing and compliance with service level agreements Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage lending regulations Previous experience with Encompass software Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows
