Key responsibilities Generate and coordinate acquisition strategies with business unit leaders Source and screen potential acquisition targets, assessing strategic and financial fit Lead due diligence efforts and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful deal execution Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in M&A, partnerships, or business development Proven experience in evaluating acquisition opportunities and managing transaction execution Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Experience in building enterprise business development pipelines and relationships
