Senior Corporate Counsel — In-House, US Leader

Latitude is partnering with a global agriculture and food processing company to identify an experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to serve as the primary legal advisor for its U.S. operations, based onsite in St. Louis.

This leadership role works closely with company leadership on strategic initiatives and day-to-day legal needs. The Senior Counsel will manage commercial contracts, employment matters, regulatory issues, and litigation management, coordinating with international teams and outside
