Senior Corporate Counsel - Global Commercial Contracts (Hybrid IN)

Allegion is seeking an Assistant Corporate Counsel to support its growing business in a hybrid role based in Carmel, IN. The successful candidate will draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial contracts, provide legal guidance, and help build scalable contracting processes for the Americas region.

Qualified applicants must have a JD, Indiana bar admission or reciprocity, and 10–12 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
