Duties
- Lead major components of complex M&A and corporate transactions.
- Manage certain deals independently.
- Draft and negotiate key transaction agreements.
- Direct and review due diligence processes.
- Supervise and mentor junior associates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of meaningful M&A and general corporate transactional experience.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and client-management abilities.
- Top law firm experience preferred.
- Admission to the New York Bar is required.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
