Senior Corporate Accounting Associate-Top Global Investment Management Firm!

Are you a CPA with 4+ years of accounting experience looking to take on greater ownership, visibility, and impact within a sophisticated financial services organization?

We’re partnering with a leading global investment management organization experiencing significant growth across its business and revenue streams. They are seeking an ambitious, analytical Senior Associate to join their Revenue & Investment Accounting team.

Comp: $140-$180K (base + full annual bonus)

This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional close responsibilities and take ownership of complex accounting, revenue streams, investments, reporting, controls, and process transformation.

What You’ll Own

• Performance and management fee accounting, investment income, and other revenue streams
• Carried interest allocations and related employee incentive compensation
• Accounting research and conclusions under ASC 323 and ASC 606
• Investment accounting across LP interests, debt, equity, and derivatives
• Quarterly valuations, reconciliations, and close activities
• SEC reporting support, including quarterly filings and disclosures
• SOX 404 controls and compliance
• Management reporting and analysis of key revenue and investment drivers

More Than Accounting

This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership, fund accounting, tax, investor relations, SEC reporting, IT, and front-office teams .

You’ll also have the opportunity to help identify and implement best-in-class accounting practices, automation, process improvements, and technology solutions — with a clear path toward broader revenue-stream ownership as your expertise develops.

Ideal Background

• CPA required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Public accounting experience, Big 4 firm preferred
• Financial services / investment management experience strongly preferred
• Exposure to fund accounting and SEC reporting a plus
