They deliver turnkey solutions across energy infrastructure, automation, smart building technologies, EV charging, and renewable energy projects.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Controls Systems Engineer to lead industrial automation and controls projects from design through commissioning and ongoing support. This individual will serve as a technical lead responsible for control system design, programming, project execution, customer engagement, and energy optimization initiatives.
This is a fully remote opportunity with up to 40% travel.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, program, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial control systems and HMI/SCADA applications.Lead automation and digital services projects from concept through implementation.Develop project schedules, manage budgets, and ensure on-time project delivery.Support integration of industrial control systems, instrumentation, and network communications.Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and internal stakeholders.Perform system commissioning, testing, QA/QC, and documentation.Provide technical leadership, training, and support throughout project lifecycles.Manage subcontractors and coordinate engineering activities as needed.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
