They also contribute to overall team performance by training/mentoring associates, providing technical assistance, and improving processes and standards.This position operates under a hybrid work model based out of our Middletown, OH office.
The role requires a regular, routine onsite presence for face-to-face collaboration, team meetings, and hands-on projects, combined with the flexibility of partial remote work. Additionally this position requires up to 30% travel to client sites regionally and throughout the continental US.ResponsibilitiesProvide application/control systems design and development for systems of varying complexityDevelop and evaluate alternative system solutions that meet stated requirementsModify program/system logic involving multiple systems and subsystemsDevelop proficiency in several programming languages and control device networks for PLCs, PCs, or DCS systemsInteract with customers to gain an understanding of the business environment.
