Senior Controlling Professional

Responsible for preparingand analyzing financial and economic reports, ensuring the accuracy of monthlyclosings and forecasts, and maintaining compliance with accounting and internalcontrol policies. The professional will also drive process-improvementinitiatives and support the digitalization of financial processes to increaseefficiency, standardization, and data quality.

How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)

• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements, leading monthly closings, forecasts, and planning cycles.
• across key dimensions(sales, costs, assets, and cash flow), identifying risks and opportunities, andsupporting management with actionable insights.
• promoting automation,dashboarding, and data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency andtransparency.
• to cross-functionalteams (Service, Projects, Sales, Operations), proactively supporting strategicdecisions and contributing to performance improvement.
• track deviations fromtargets, and facilitate discussions on corrective measures with stakeholders.
• supporting theprofessional development of peers and promoting adherence to health, safety,and environmental standards.

What You Bring (requirements)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, orrelated fields.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in Controlling or Finance functions.
• Knowledge : Solid understanding of accountingprinciples, internal controls, tax, controlling, forecasting, planning,reporting, financial instruments, Office and BI Tools, and KPIs.
