Senior Controller – Hybrid Mortgage Servicing Finance

Fay Group is seeking a Senior Controller to lead accounting, payroll, and AP for the enterprise, including all Fay Group entities. You will drive month-end close, external audits, and process improvements while ensuring GAAP compliance and robust financial controls.

With 15+ years in accounting and 10+ years in senior roles within mortgage servicing, you will guide budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to executive leadership and stakeholders.
