Job Summary:
The Senior Controller is a hands‑on accounting and finance leader responsible for the day‑to‑day accounting operations of one or more operating entities. This role owns the monthly close process, financial reporting, cash management, technical accounting, consolidations, and compliance activities while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the Company's financial records.
This is a doer role. The successful candidate will bring strong finance, accounting, and bookkeeping fundamentals and be ready to independently apply that knowledge from day one. The Senior Controller will learn the unique aspects of the Company's business and systems quickly, take ownership, and become a trusted financial partner to the CFO and business leaders.
This role also offers significant opportunity for growth. As the Company expands its businesses and builds its finance and accounting infrastructure, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and potentially grow into a broader finance leadership role.
