Focusing on the timely identification and resolution of risk events, the full-time Senior Control Management Analyst will support the End-to-End (E2E) Business Unit gap resolution process, validate resolution efficacy, and collaborate on root cause analysis while working with multiple partners across various business units. Key responsibilities Support the End-to-End (E2E) Business Unit gap resolution process and track progress in accordance with operational risk remediation procedures Perform quality assurance on documentation and maintain records of specific issues and remediations to ensure transparency in the issue management process Analyze data to prepare detailed reports on issue status, trends, and outcomes, while identifying potential systemic risks or control weaknesses Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in operational risk management or a similar field Strong project management skills with an understanding of processes that align with policies and regulatory frameworks Sound analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends effectively Experience in complex project management and process governance Interpersonal skills to collaborate across various business units and functional areas
