Impulse Space seeks a Contracts Counsel to support a fast-growing company across customer-facing commercial agreements, launch-related contracts, vendor and lease agreements, and other business arrangements. You will manage day-to-day drafting, review, and negotiations with internal stakeholders and report to the Assistant General Counsel.
The role is on-site in Redondo Beach and requires independent handling of assignments with strategic alignment and escalation of complex matters.
