Senior Contract Recruiter (Remote, US)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Contract Recruiter to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will own full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple business areas, with a focus on sourcing, engagement, and process execution. You will partner closely with hiring leaders to shape hiring plans, guide search strategy, and deliver a strong candidate experience in a fast-moving remote environment. The position also offers the opportunity to influence recruiting workflows, reporting, and continuous improvement as the organization continues to scale. Location: Remote. Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding
• Develop innovative strategies for attracting and engaging top talent
• Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
• Collaborate with hiring teams to create effective hiring plans
• Coach hiring leaders and provide market insights during the recruiting process
• Lead kickoff meetings and debriefs to align on candidate profiles
• Identify and improve recruiting processes and workflows

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 8+ years of experience in sourcing or full-life cycle recruiting across multiple departments
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Advanced communication skills for articulating value propositions and delivering complex information
• Strong business acumen for effective problem-solving
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-complexity searches
• Understanding of corporate and business team operations
• Ability to balance autonomy with collaboration in a remote setting
• Experience in building or improving recruiting workflows and reporting
