Senior Contract Manufacturing Manager

To support a rapidly scaling business, the full-time Senior Contract Manufacturing Manager will develop and manage supplier relationships for a defined product category, ensuring high performance in service, cost, quality, and innovation while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Own and manage Contract Manufacturing partners for assigned product categories Deliver relationship management and execute a 3-year supply base strategy plan Support sourcing events and deliver cost savings goals while managing supplier performance reviews Required Qualifications 5-7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management in CPG Proven experience in negotiations, contracts, and agreements Experience managing a complex end-to-end supply chain Background in Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service Lean, APICS, or CPSM Certification or training is a plus
