Senior Contract & Privacy Counsel (Hybrid NYC)

Ipsos is seeking a Contract Corporate Counsel for a 3‑month contract to address a wide variety of contractual matters for our U.S. and Canadian clients. The role is hybrid in Manhattan, reporting to the Group General Counsel.

You will review, draft and negotiate client and vendor contracts, advise on data privacy and security issues, and help develop standard forms and policies across jurisdictions.
