Senior Contract Analyst

To ensure the outpatient and specialty audit teams operate with accurate payer-provider contracts and reimbursement policies, the remote Senior Contract Analyst will manage contract documentation, identify audit opportunities, and maintain policy libraries while adapting to a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary source for payer-provider contracts and reimbursement policies, ensuring audit teams have the correct documentation Review and document contract terms with audit opportunities, translating complex language into clear, usable formats for auditors Maintain the library of payer reimbursement policies and manage the outpatient concept matrix to ensure alignment with client contracts Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of experience in healthcare payment integrity, provider contracting, or claims auditing Ability to read and interpret payer-provider contract terms and reimbursement methodologies Strong knowledge of outpatient reimbursement structures and payer reimbursement policies Advanced Excel skills with experience in building and maintaining complex tracking tools
