Improvement Lead to help drive our mission forward.The Work: As a Continuous Improvement Project Lead within Sikorsky Assembly and Flight Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, lead, and execute high-impact initiatives that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and improve quality across our manufacturing and assembly operations. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven solutions that align with organizational goals. You will leverage Lean, Six Sigma, and other industry best practices to develop and execute strategies that deliver measurable results.
