Senior Consumer Protection Attorney (DAG) Telework Eligible

Delaware Department of Justice seeks a Deputy Attorney General to join the Consumer Protection Unit in the Fraud & Consumer Protection Division. The role focuses on enforcing consumer protection laws, handling civil and administrative cases, and coordinating multistate investigations with other states.

Telework may be available up to three days per week. Candidates should have a solid academic record, excellent writing, and be eligible for Delaware Bar admission.
