Responsibilities
- Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role
- Engage in material client interaction through all projects
- Manage projects and conduct intensive data analyses
- Identify key insights and create compelling client-ready presentations
- Focus on developing Analysts and Coachees
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or commensurate work experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in consulting, financial aid, higher education, and/or accounting
- Previous experience implementing Student Information Systems like Workday, Banner, Peoplesoft Campus Solutions, or Oracle
- Willingness to travel as needed for project assignments
