Position Summary
The Senior Consultant (Key) leads executive-level initiatives and provides strategic oversight across complex programs and projects. This role requires advanced expertise in project management, business process optimization, and organizational re-engineering. The consultant serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring high-quality deliverables and driving performance improvement across initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide executive-level strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
  • Apply advanced project management methodologies to ensure successful delivery of complex engagements.
  • Analyze, design, and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead business process re-engineering efforts aligned with organizational goals.
  • Review project deliverables for quality, compliance, and alignment with executive objectives.
  • Provide executive coaching and strategic advisory support to senior stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure governance standards are maintained.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across business units and leadership teams.

Minimum Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
    AND
  • PMP certification or Client mid-level Project Manager certification (or equivalent).
Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience
    OR
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with a Master's degree or higher

Required Competencies
  • Advanced knowledge of project management frameworks (PMBOK, Agile, Hybrid models)
  • Strong expertise in business process analysis and re-engineering methodologies
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Leadership and mentoring skills
  • Risk management and governance oversight experience

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
  • Experience working with government or regulated environments
