Translate warranty policies into scalable, rules-driven, automated processes on the Warranty platform. Work closely with Warranty Operations, Supplier Recovery, Quality, Legal, IT, and Technical Architects to deliver an AI-enabled, automated warranty recovery solution.
Collaborate with architects on case design, data structures, rules, integrations, and UI.
